I have discovered th

I have discovered that your mionrphcoic sound transference device has been damaged. I pray to Doc Johnson's God-Substitute-in-a-Bottle (one spoonful and you're holy, two spoonfuls and you're blessed, just blessed) that this will not spell the permanent end of your weekly intertronic audio transmissions. Perhaps, if you require funds with which to purchase a replacement microphonular device, you could request that fans of your intersite make donations via the Paypal and perhaps also Google Checkout monetary transfer technoservices. I would gladly donate to such a noble cause, as few causes are greater than the undoing of damage caused by First Lieutenant Rutuger G. Phooneybaum's clumsiness.

Being completely tra

Being completely trannparest is kind of a double-edged sword. On one hand, you need to be pretty thick skinned if you are the type of person who is worried about what others think or writing things that people will agree with. On the other hand, you allow people to actually get to know you which really can't be done from behind a pseudonym or partial info about yourself. I prefer the tell people what they need to hear, not what they want to hear approach (Average Joe can attest to my fondness for saying things that people don't always agree with to get a debate going) and I really don't care what others think or say so being out there with my name and face attached to my words never bothered me. Besides, my friends and family already hit me up for advice regularly anyway so by telling them about blogging from the start, I hoped that they would just read and get info there rather than bugging me all the time Eric J. David, I teach quite a few different foramts that all could be broken down into 5 different categories. 1) Guided Imagery/Guided Visualization 2)Relaxing the Body 3) Vipassana 4) Song, Sound, Mantra and Chant 5) Active and Moving Meditations.1) Guided Imagery is a way to engage the mind to plant the seeds of desire.' 2) Relaxation is a method that engages the mind to support the body to relax. A relaxed body is a healing/healthy body. 3) Vipassana is an ancient method based upon watching the breath, watching the mind. 4) Mantra is an ancient method which uses sound or song to align 5) Active and Moving meditations is a method that is often used for situations where movement can be cathartic, clearing, etc.

Just ate at Jui Thai

Just ate at Jui Thai Asian Cafe at 787 Bethel Road (the former locioatn of Lilly's) and they had a very interesting menu with none of the typical lunch special dishes. I had the Delicious Pork Cake ($3, very tasty) and the Hot Pot ($6) which had noodles, bok choi, napa, luncheon meat, quail egg, bean skin, and fish ball. The hot pot was saltier and more oily than I anticipated, but was delicious all the same. I plan to return with my family next week to try more dishes.
